How to approach it
The shift opens with a square and then a hook left. The first long bar arrives as crate number 3. Over the first 21 crates the longest wait between two bars is 9 crates. The two step crates come back to back at numbers 4 and 5, which suits a flat surface. A square comes within the first three crates, an easy piece for the first corner. It is a Marathon shift: no finish line, faster every ten rows. On Hard the crates start at level 8 and fall quickly from the first one.
- At this speed, look at the next three crates rather than the one falling; the decision should be made before it appears.
- Keep the left and right edges level with the middle; a deep side well is hard to fill with anything but a bar.
